Erasmus students exchange program - Liege University

The University of Liège is looking forward to hosting your students in
the frame of our exchange program for 2022-2023!

You will find attached our updated Information Sheet for 2022-2023.

If your students plan to study at ULiège they must read the following
information carefully before starting the online registration.

Application deadline for a study period during the 2nd semester
(February-June): 15th November

Online application

Your students have to fill in the online application form and upload the
required documents (ID photo, Identity card or passport, Transcript of
Records, proof of language level, proof of nomination from home
university).

Attention: they also have to give the provisional list of the courses
they wish to take at ULiège.

Acceptance

After acceptance of the application by the departmental coordinator at
ULiège, the student will receive the acceptance letter by email.

Prepare your student's stay at ULiège

Les étudiants intéressés par un séjour d'études à l'ULiège sont
invités à lire attentivement les informations qui suivent avant de
commencer leur inscription.

Date limite de candidature pour un séjour d'études au 2e quadrimestre
(février-juin) : 15 novembre

Candidature en ligne

Les étudiants doivent compléter le formulaire de candidature en ligne
et télécharger les documents requis (photo d'identité, pièce
d'identité, relevé de notes, attestation de langue, preuve de
nomination de l'université d'origine).

Attention : ils doivent également fournir la liste provisoire des cours
qui seront suivis à l'ULiège.

Acceptation

Après l'acceptation du dossier complet par le coordinateur
départemental à l'ULiège, l'étudiant recevra sa lettre d'acceptation
par email.
