Université de Liège (BLIEGE01) - Application procedure for exchange students 2026-2027

Application deadline

1^st term (September-January) or the whole year (September-June): 31^st May 2026

2^nd term (February-June): 15^th November 2026

Online application

Students have to fill in the online application form (select “exchange student” with the red arrow) and upload the required documents (ID-size photo, Identity card or passport, Transcript of Records, proof of language level, proof of nomination from home university).

Attention: they also must give the provisional list of the courses they wish to follow at ULiège.

Acceptance

After acceptance of the application by the departmental coordinator at ULiège, the student will receive the acceptance letter by email.
