Complaints and Objections

The adoption of regulations concerning the framework for handling students’ complaints and appeals within the Joint Postgraduate Studies Program (J.P.S.P.) “New Technologies in Environmental Education and Sustainable Development,” aims at the qualitative enhancement of the Programme’s overall activities. These regulations are founded on respect for all parties involved in the educational and administrative processes, with particular emphasis on the students as the final recipients, to whom the Programme is accountable. This procedure applies to all complaints and appeals relating to the quality of the educational, administrative and student support services provided by the Department as well as to Student Welfare Services.
